U nedelju je, od posledica srčanog udara preminuo je legendarni pevač Džej Ramadanovski.

Porodicu, brojne prijatelje, kolege i milionsku publiku tužna vest o preranoj smrti umetnika zavila je u crno.

Čitava estrada se oprostila od Džeja, a među njima je i pevačica Jelena Karleuša

Međutim, JK zasmetalo je kako pripadnici sedme sile oslovljavaju preminulog pevača.

Jelenu je razbesnelo što se u opisu lika, dela i opraštanju od Ramadanovskog koristi odrednica “folker”.

Karleuša, u svom stilu, nije mogla da ostane nema, pa se obratila putem društvene mreže Instagram.

Novogodišnji praznici dolaze uz oproštaje…

Sve je spremno za predstojeće novogodišnje praznike u domu Marije Šerifović, sudeći po najnovijoj objavi na društvenoj mreži Instagram.

Ono što je takođe primetno jeste i jedan detalj koji izaziva tugu. Naime, na televizoru se vidi spot Džeja Ramadanovskog za pesmu “Upalite za mnom sveće”.

Uz radosno dekorisani enterijer ide setno raspoloženja i tuga za preminulim kolegom, što je dočarala i emotikonom slomljenog srca.

Podsetimo, Džej je preminuo u nedelju 6. decembra u 57. godini života.

SUZE I NEVERICA NA ČIZMI: Preminuo Paolo Rosi – fudbaler koji je Italiju postavio na vrh sveta!

Odlazak legende.

Nema kraja neprijatnim iznenađenjima ove aumorn 2020. godine. Nakon odlaska Dijega Armanda Maradone i legenda italijanskog fudbala, Paolo Rosi, preminuo je u 64. godini posle duge i teške bolesti, prenose italijanski mediji. 

Bivši napadač Juventusa, Milana i selekcije Italije u istoriju je ušao 1982. godine. Italija je u Španiji osvojila naslov svetskog prvaka, a Rosi je bio heroj nacije. Bio je centarfor, golgeter, sasvim sigurno jedan od najboljih igrača kaznenog prostora u istoriji.

U drugom krugu SP-a 1982. Italija se našla u “ grupi smrti“ s najvećim favoritom Brazilom, predvođenim Zikom, ti braniocem naslova Argentinom. Odmah u prvoj utakmici Tardeli i Cabrini sredili su Argentince 2-1, a nakon pobede Brazila nad Argentinom, Azuri su izbacili Brazil pobedom 3-2. Nezaustavljivi Paolo Rosi se probudio i na toj utakmici postigao het-trik.

U polufinalu je Rosi postigao dva gola Poljskoj u pobedi 2-0, a u madridskom finalu protiv Nemačke dao je prvi gol. Azurri su slavili 3-1 i postali prvaci sveta. Na tom Mundijalu u Španiji 1982. igrale su legende poput Diega Maradone, Zia ili Zbigneva Bonieka, ali Paolo Rosi sve ih je zasenio i sa šest golova bio je ne samo najbolji strelac Mundijala, nego je proglašen i za najboljeg igrača. Bilo je to njegovo prvenstvo. Het trik u utakmici protiv Brazila prepričavao se generacijama.

S Robertom Bađiom i Kristianom Vierijem rekorder je po broju golova za Italiju na svetskim prvenstvima (po devet svaki). Rosi je bio prvi fudbaler u istoriji koji je iste godine osvojio Svetsko prvenstvo, bio najbolji strelac Mundijala i osvojio Zlatnu loptu. S Juventusom je osvojio dva naslova prvaka Italije, Kup prvaka, Uefin Superkup, Kup Italije… Nakon karijere godinama je bio novinar RAI-ja i Mediaseta. Za sobom je ostavio suprugu Federiku i troje đece: Sofiju Elenu, Mariju Vitoriju i Alesandra.

Evo kako je glasio:

Upravo dođoh iz prodavnice… Ispred mene,starija ženica… Kupila tek toliko osnovno od hrane… Po licu joj se vidi da je iscrpljena… Daje karticu da plati.. Kasirka kaže odbijeno… Ženica poprima crvenu boju i objašnjava kako je proverila u banci da li ima sredstava, ova kaže da je odbijeno…

Žena moli da kasirka proba opet, ova se nekako nakanjuje… Kaže ”odbijeno” i kreće paljbu po njoj: “Kako možete da kupujete bez rezervnih sredstava, kako ćete sada da pokrijete račun”…

Žena menja boje, pokušava tiho da objasni kako nema rezervnih sredstava, govori kako će evo da vrati sve i kreće rukom u uredno složeni ceger da izvadi robu… Kasirka već unapred koluta očima…

Ja otvaram novčanik i dajem pare i kazem da ću ja platiti za gospođu.

Gospođa pokunjeno vadi iz cegera, nije ni čula.. Kasirka uzima pare i drsko joj govori da može da vrati stvari i zadrži ih, da ću ja da platim… Žena me gleda u neverici, zastane i ćuti… Ne mrda, ne govori… Neko iza dobacuje, zašto bih ja plaćala… Ja ćutim i gledam u ženu, žena ćuti…Kasirka mi vraća kusur i opet joj ponavlja da može da odnese to što je kupila i da sledeći put nosi pare sa sobom…

Žena se pomera u stranu, čeka me da završim… Progovara i dalje tiho tražeci moj kontakt telefon da mi vrati pare… Ja se nasmešim i kažem da niko neće propasti zbog 240 dinara… Ona me opet trenutak gleda, pa opet pita kako hoće da mi vrati i pokušava da se opravda za odbijenu karticu… Ja je prekinem, odgovaram osmehom i kažem jos jednom da nema potrebe, da se dešava, da je sve u redu… Okrećem se i odlazim, ženica crvena, tiha, odlazi i ona sa ono malo hrane što je uzela…

SRCE MI JE PUKLO NA KOMADE, MOLILA SAM BOGA ZA TVOJE ZDRAVLJE: Smrt u domu naše poznate pevačice, TUGA DO NEBA!

Pevačica i nekadašnja učesnica rijaliti programa “Farma” Dušica Grabović pre 13 godina je ostala bez majke koja joj je umrla na rukama, a pre četiri dana preminuo joj je ujak.

Grabovićeva se oglasila o tragičnom gubitku putem društvene mreže Instagram.

– Ujko moj voljeni, danas me je potresla vest da si nas prerano napustio…Suze mi same idu dok pišem ovo, srce mi je puklo na komade jer si bio moj drugi otac, moja najveća podrška i vetar u leđa. Bio si uz mene, moju porodicu i moju majku i tvoju sestru kada smo se zajedno borili da preživi opaku bolest, bio si sa mnom u trenutku kada mi je umirala na rukama i obećao si joj da ceć da me čuvas i budeš uvek tu i bio si – ispisala je pevačica i dodala:

– Bio si načelnik granične policije i uz tebe sam zavolela uniformu. Bio si uzor i idol mladima i davao primer mnogima kako se bori za svoju zemlju. Pomogao si mnogima i sa ponoson sam izgovarala tvoje ime. Molila sam Boga i išla u crkvu da se molim za tvoje zdravlje dok si bio u bolnoci, ali Bog je tako hteo i uzeo za sebe najbolje. Mislila sam da ćes da pobediš i da ćemo za par dana slaviti tvoj rođendan, i poklon sam ti kupila i jedva sam čekala da te vidim i da popijemo zajedno našu omiljenu rakiju. Ponosu moj, nikada te neću zaboraviti i zauvek ćeš biti u mom srcu, znam da si sada na nekom boljem i lepšem mestu sa tvojom voljenom sestrom i mojom majkom. Putuj sa anđelima, ujace moj voljeni. Pozdravi mi moju majku. Voli te tvoja Duška, kako si voleo da me zoveš – zaključila je neutešna Dušica.

Pevač Adil Maksutović na društvenim mrežama oprostio se od tasta Džeja Ramadanovskog, koji je preminuo u nedelju, 6. decembra.

– Stari moj, bio si najmuzikalniji čovek kog sam poznavao, pevač sa najviše duše… Dok su drugi plakali ili se veselili uz tvoje pesme, ja sam potpuno opčinjen upijao svaku tvoju otpevanu frazu, magično si to radio… Maznuo sam sve što si mi dozvolio… Hvala ti – napisao je između ostalog.

– Znam da si se umorio, već nedostaješ svima. Tvojoj deci najviše. Raduje nas samo činjenica da si poslednji dan svog života proveo sa porodicom… Sa svojim unucima… Nismo ni slutili da ti je poslednji.

Adil se zatim, u nastavku objave, osvrnuo na to što sa tastom Džejem godinama nije razgovarao.

– Voljeni Džej, nikada se nismo posvađali, a godinama nismo razgovarali. Oprosti mi što sam predugo bio ljut na tebe. Onaj gore je želeo da se ovako rastanemo. Bar još koju godinu da si poživeo. I da sednemo ti i ja. Da ti zapevam “Sajbiju”. Da se zagrlimo… I isplačemo – napisao je Adil.

Džejev kum Zoran Jagodić Rule je, inače, za domaće medije otkrio da je Džej pred smrt sve oprostio Adilu.

Džej Ramadanovski oprostio je sve zetu Adilu Maksutoviću pre smrti. On punih sedam godina nije razgovarao sa Adilom, jer je pretukao njegovu ćerku Anu.

1st Doses Of COVID-19 Vaccine To Be Administered This Week In The U.K.

As U.S. health authorities continue examining the proposed COVID-19 vaccines, residents in the United Kingdom — the first Western country to issue approval for emergency use — are set to receive their first shots as early as this week.

But quickly vaccinating as many people as possible in the U.K. will pose enormous logistical challenges — from keeping the doses frozen to figuring out how to methodically and fairly distribute the vaccine across the nation of 68 million.

The first batch of the vaccine created by Pfizer and the German company BioNTech arrived in the U.K. last week. Doses are scheduled to be delivered to hospitals beginning Monday. Nursing home residents, health care workers and people age 80 and over will be first in line.

Across England, 50 hospitals have been chosen as hubs to administer the vaccine, the BBC reported. The government has initially ordered 40 million doses, which will vaccinate 20 million people. The National Health Service has said that more hubs will be set up as more doses arrive.

The doses will be frozen at minus 70 degrees Celsius (minus 94 degrees Fahrenheit). Health officials are still working out how to efficiently split apart the boxes of vaccine vials once they arrive.

“There’s something like five doses to each vial, and each box is 975 doses,” Sarah Boseley, health editor for The Guardiantold NPR’s Weekend Edition. “Because they’re kept in this deep-frozen state, they then have to be very, very carefully split up. And that is the bit, actually, that hasn’t yet been properly figured out.”

Why is the vaccine all set to be distributed in the U.K., while Americans are still waiting for approval from the Food and Drug Administration? “The FDA in the United States actually demands all the raw details,” Boseley said.

Whereas U.K. health regulators depend on companies’ summaries of their vaccine’s effectiveness, U.S. officials are more hands-on — and warier. “They’re not taking what the companies say as necessarily accurate,” Boseley said. “So they will do their own data analysis and hopefully come up with exactly the same results.”

All that double-checking could add only an extra week or so to the timeline. An FDA advisory panel is scheduled to meet virtually on Thursday to discuss whether to approve the vaccine for emergency use.

“We’ll spend the day on Thursday reviewing the data from Pfizer, and at the end of the day, a vote will be taken,” Dr. James Hildreth, a member of the FDA’s vaccine advisory committee, told NBC’s Today show last week. “So by the end of the day next Thursday, there could be a decision made about the vaccine.”

“If the FDA commissioner decides to issue approval, the [emergency use authorization], on that day when the vote is taken, as early as Friday of next week, we could see vaccinations happening across the country,” he added. Military officials will help facilitate distribution throughout the United States.

In addition to the U.K., Bahrain has also approved Pfizer’s vaccine. On Friday, the Middle Eastern country became just the second nation in the world to issue an emergency use authorization, its state news agency reported.

How to keep your sadness from turning into depression

Across the spectrum, mental health problems seem to be on the rise. One-quarter of Americans reported moderate to severe depression this summer and another quarter said they suffered from mild depression, a recent study reported. These findings are similar to surveys done by the Census Bureau and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

A third of Americans now show signs of clinical anxiety or depression, Census Bureau finds.

Former first lady Michelle Obama highlighted the problem for many when she said in August that she has been dealing with “low-grade depression.”

As a psychologist, I hear almost daily how the combination of coronavirus, racial unrest, economic uncertainty and political crisis are leading many people to feel a lot worse than usual.

“It is not at all surprising that we are seeing the significant increase in distress. It’s a normal reaction to an abnormal situation,” said Judith S. Beck, president of the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy in Philadelphia and author of the widely used mental health textbook “Cognitive Behavior Therapy: Basics and Beyond.”

But an important difference exists between having depressive symptoms — such as sadness, fatigue and loss of motivation — and a full-blown major depressive episode that can affect your ability to function at work and home for weeks or months. The amount and duration of the symptoms, as well as the degree to which they impair one’s life all play a role in diagnosing clinical depression. Extensive research suggests that certain ways of thinking and behaving can hasten the plunge into clinical depression, while others can prevent it.

As we head into winter, which can stress the coping skills of many people, here are some strategies that can help you resist the depressive downward spiral.

1. Reduce overthinking.

When we feel down, we tend to think about the bad things repeatedly, often trying to figure out why they’ve happened. Research shows that some people are especially prone to this kind of “depressive rumination.” They overanalyze everything, hoping to think their way out of feeling bad, and fret about consequences of their sadness.

“Unfortunately, the rumination only magnifies the depressed mood. It takes normal feelings of sadness and turbocharges them,” said Edward Watkins, professor of experimental and applied clinical psychology at the University of Exeter in England. When we ruminate, we tend to think again and again about a negative past in general, global terms. To decrease rumination, Watkins suggests focusing on discrete and concrete details of troublesome events, answering, “How did this happen?” and “What exactly can I do about it?”

It can also be useful to identify common rumination triggers — such as being tired or tense — and come up in advance with engaging alternatives such as videoconferencing a friend or reading a page-turner.

Finally, “it always helps to focus on someone else instead of yourself,” Beck said. Helping a relative or volunteering for a cause might do the trick.

2. Move around and socialize, even if you don’t feel like it.

Often, the last thing people want to do when they’re feeling down is to get active. My patients often describe a strong pull to stay in bed with the covers over their head. But restricting movement and engagement with others worsens mood and potentially spurs more severe depression. Conversely, action, especially focused on something that’s important to you, can reduce depression. If, for instance, your spirituality includes connecting with nature, planting some flower bulbs or taking a hike is bound to have a significant impact.

But how do we jolt ourselves out of inaction? “Don’t wait to feel like going for a walk or to be in the right mind-set to call a friend. Do it just because you deemed it important enough to put it on a calendar,” said Zindel Segal, distinguished professor of psychology in mood disorders at the University of Toronto.

If that seems like too much, break down an action into smaller parts and do just the first step, such as dressing up to go out (but staying home).

A patient of mine once remarked that this sounded “pathetic.” But for many people, taking that first small step works, as Christopher Martell, a director of Psychological Services Center and a lecturer at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, put it: “Applaud yourself for engaging in one meaningful behavior at a time, however small.”

3. Increase self-compassion.

Depressed feelings are often intertwined with self-judgment. Studies find that self-criticism and perfectionism provide strong fuel for depression.

Self-compassion is an alternative.

Kristin Neff, an associate professor of educational psychology at the University of Texas and author of “Self-Compassion: The Proven Power of Being Kind to Yourself,” defines it as treating yourself with the same kindness, warmth and support as you would treat people you care about. “You need to first acknowledge your [sad] feelings and be open to them, then direct understanding and care toward yourself, and finally realize suffering is a part of shared human experience,” she said. So being a part of, for example, a support group or an Internet mailing list where people struggle with similar problems can be validating and helpful.

Notice when you start slipping into a self-critical mode and replace it with a self-compassionate voice by channeling what you would say to someone who is dear to you.

“Even the tone of your silent or spoken voice matters — the gentler the better,” Watkins said.

You also can write a self-compassionate letter to yourself — as you might to a friend — and read it whenever you are feeling down. Putting your hand on your heart, cradling your face with both hands or gently stroking your arms can be powerfully comforting, too.

4. Sideline thoughts of helplessness and hopelessness.

It’s common to feel frustrated and sad when we can’t control bad things.

This is especially true in the middle of a frightening pandemic that is both medically and economically threatening. A client recently told me, “I can see our country hurtling toward destruction, and I am completely powerless to stop it.” This sense of helplessness is often accompanied by a loss of hope for a better future. Psychologist Lauren Alloy’s decades-long research at Temple University has shown that hopelessness is a strong contributor to worsening depression.

Beck recommended asking yourself what you can do despite the situation, and then creating a plan to put it into action. Even small accomplishments — such as making phone calls for an hour on behalf of a political candidate — can reduce your sense of pervasive helplessness.

To counter hopeless thinking, try vividly imagining positive actions you could take or good things happening. Practice creating scenes in your mind that include all your senses. Such mental imagery has shown promise in lifting depressed mood.

Another way to disarm these thoughts is watch them pass by in your mind’s eye, as if they were leaves in a stream or drifting clouds. You may realize that this allows you to distance yourself from the thoughts and focus on something more helpful in the present moment.

5. Notice when you feel well and build on that.

Even during low times, people occasionally experience moments of positive mood. It can be as fleeting as the first bite of a crisp apple or more substantial, such as the feeling of awe at a valley awash in golden foliage.

Savoring these positive moments — by slowing down, focusing on the experience of our five senses, taking a mental or phone photo, sharing your emotions with others — leads to the activation of brain regions known to reduce depression, studies have found.

Later, “you can reminisce with others, reviewing in detail the positive moments and cherishing uplifting photos,” Beck said. “That way, the good mood can be recalled in a deliberate fashion.”

This year has been emotionally hard for many people.

These strategies have been shown to help people keep their low moods from overwhelming them or turning into a major depression. But if your depression worsens and interferes with your life, you should seek professional help that might include psychotherapy, medication or both.

Jeffree Star is making some adult business moves.

The 35-year-old Jeffree Star Cosmetics mogul opened up about his latest aspirations in an interview on The Sip With Ryland Adams and Lizze Gordon.

During the chat, host Ryland Adams asked Jeffree about possibly starting an OnlyFans.

“Why wouldn’t you marry making money and sex into OnlyFans? I feel like that might be a bigger boom for you than most business ventures,” he said.

Jeffree then said that as Scorpio, he’s very sexual and “adventurous.”

“Recently in the last three months, I’ve been hanging out with a few people and we’ve just been shooting some fun ‘Only Jeffree‘ content,” he explained.

He then showed the hosts some previews.

“It’s more like doing things in fun, interesting spots. Like I’m sucking d–k on a private jet,” he explained while showing them the content.
